With over 20 years of experience in the critical power industry, Milind brings a broad skill set in engineering, client-focused solutions, and cross-functional leadership to support Hyper Solutions’ continued growth in the data center space.

Milind has earned industry-wide recognition for his ability to address the complex demands of mission-critical, 24/7 environments. His deep technical knowledge and problem-solving skills have been integral in delivering solutions for some of the world’s largest data centers. Known for his dedication to customer success, Milind consistently develops solutions that align with client needs and deliver long-term value.

Before joining Hyper Solutions, Milind held a key role in Solution Engineering at Digital Realty, focusing on hyperscale & colocation data center applications and client-centric solutions. His career spans two decades at Schneider Electric, where he excelled in Strategic Accounts Enterprise Sales and System Engineering, leading teams in UPS and power distribution product innovation and overseeing large-scale project implementations. Earlier, Milind gained hands-on experience in power electronics research and development during his time at Vertiv.
