Dennis Strieter is a Mission Critical industry veteran with over 20 years of experience in the design, construction, and operations of the world’s largest data center ecosystems.

The companies owned by Dennis have well-defined ESG processes that include zero-emissions vehicle incentives and recognition as a leader in climate-forward processes as a Platinum member of the Green Building Council. One of Dennis’ favorite sayings is, “If it’s good for the Earth, it’s good for business.”

As the co-founder of Hyper Solutions Inc, Dennis’s focus is on ensuring that expectations of each client are exceeded, and the highest quality custom solutions are delivered in the timeframe needed to support business growth and uptime. Never settling for anything less than excellent, his wife of 25 years also describes him as ‘HYPER’.

Franklin Herrera is a highly experienced Operations Management Professional with a proven track record of success in large manufacturing environments. With over 25 years of experience across a range of industries, including pharma, power distribution, and mission critical market segments, he brings a wealth of expertise and a broad perspective to his role as a member of Hyper’s Executive Team.

Throughout his career, Franklin has demonstrated a talent for enhancing synergy among multifunctional teams, implementing sustainable processes and smart technology, and creating the foundation for operational excellence. Christina’s diverse background, including manufacturing, finance forecasting, startups, divestitures, private equity ownership, public corporation ownership, and internal controls, makes her an indispensable asset. His extensive background spans over a decade within the critical power infrastructure space, complemented by multiple years in the fiber optic and copper cabling infrastructure layer.

Having excelled in Marketing and Product Development roles, Evan’s journey includes a remarkable stint in B2C Sales and Marketing, where he honed his skills in strategic planning and execution. Notably, he founded and successfully exited a trade show-related eCommerce startup, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit and knack for driving innovative marketing solutions.

Now, as the driving force behind Hyper Solutions’ marketing endeavors, Evan assumes leadership in overseeing all aspects of marketing and strategic software development to redefine the customer lifecycle experience. His diverse expertise and strategic vision position Hyper Solutions not only to enhance its market presence but also to fortify its standing in the dynamic digital infrastructure sector.

As Vice President, Services, Richard Ratliffe, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to lead service operations for Hyper’s Mission Critical Data Center Solutions.

Richard’s impressive career spans 25 years and features an 11-year tenure as the Director of Northeast Service Operations at Schneider Electric, where he showcased exceptional leadership in managing service operations. Before embarking on his corporate journey, Richard served in the United States Navy as an Electronics Technician on Submarines for Nuclear Reactors, highlighting his dedication to excellence and precision in critical environments.

In his new capacity at Hyper Solutions, Richard assumes the responsibility of overseeing all Service Operations for the deployment of Mission Critical Data Center Solutions in North America. With his extensive experience and strategic vision, Richard is poised to make significant contributions to the ongoing success and growth of Hyper Solutions in the dynamic digital infrastructure space.

Chris Simard serves as the Vice President of Sales at Hyper Solutions, bringing extensive
experience and strategic insight to the company’s leadership team. With a robust background in
driving growth and market presence, Chris plays a critical role in shaping and executing Hyper
Solutions’ sales strategy, ensuring the company continues to innovate and meet the evolving
needs of its clients in the dynamic data center industry.

Chris began his career at APC by Schneider Electric, where he quickly advanced from a sales
representative to leadership roles within the Enterprise and Channel divisions. His leadership in
these roles was marked by significant channel growth and strategic direction for the enterprise
segment. At Schneider Electric, he managed a 100-member team overseeing the
implementation of electrical infrastructure solutions in mission-critical data centers. Following his
tenure at Schneider Electric, Chris held executive leadership roles in the Agtech and
Augmented Reality industries, where he focused on market share and revenue growth.

His appointment at Hyper Solutions comes at a pivotal time as the company solidifies its
position as a key player in the mission-critical infrastructure market. Chris’s proven track record
of success and strategic vision are instrumental in driving revenue expansion, fostering strategic
