Meet Parth Kharwar, Software Development Manager at Hyper Solutions

At Hyper Solutions, innovation fuels our growth, and Parth Kharwar, our Software Development Manager, has been a driving force behind it. As employee number two, Parth joined Hyper in its early days and has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s success. His journey is a testament to passion, creativity, and a commitment to solving big challenges.

A Career Shaped by Passion and Curiosity

Parth’s love for technology began at an early age, inspired by his father. “The draw of creating something out of nothing and solving problems was too strong to resist,” he shares. His passion led him to a career in software development, spanning industries like healthcare, education, marketplaces, and sales. When the opportunity to join Hyper arose, Parth saw it as a chance to explore manufacturing—a field that was entirely new to him. How did it happen? “I was halfway through my master’s program, looking for a summer internship, when a family friend introduced me to Vlad, our CEO. He saw something in me and gave me the opportunity of a lifetime.” That decision marked the beginning of a journey that continues to push boundaries in innovative ways.

Parth finds Hyper’s culture uniquely empowering. “Every employee is equally invested in the company’s success and brings a fresh perspective to their role. It’s impossible not to feel inspired to contribute even more,” he says. He also appreciates the company’s openness to creativity. “Every new, and sometimes crazy, idea is met with an open mind. That mindset, combined with the agility of the organization, encourages both personal and professional growth.”

For Parth, Hyper’s refusal to settle for tradition is what sets it apart. “Hyper hates the phrase ‘that’s how we used to do it.’ We’re constantly pushing boundaries to achieve more and deliver better results.”

Beyond the Screen

Outside of work, Parth channels his creativity into various passions. He enjoys repurposing old electronics to reduce waste and admits to being a ‘begrudging outdoorsy person’. “Would I choose to go on a hike? No. But would I enjoy it if someone took me? Probably,” he says with a smile.

He’s also an avid reader, drawn to fiction for inspiration. “Podcasts and self-help books put me to sleep, but I have an overactive imagination and often find solutions to work problems through stories,” he explains. Parth’s culinary skills are another outlet, and his colleagues at Hyper Hub are frequent beneficiaries. “I can make a very, very mean brownie,” he says proudly.

Balancing Work and Creativity

Balancing work and life aren’t always easy, but Parth manages by focusing on impact. “Priorities are subjective, so I focus on what creates the biggest impact. If a task benefits more people or solves a larger problem, it gets tackled first,” he explains. His personal projects, often inspired by random ideas, allow him to experiment and innovate. “I’ve got several software projects I’ve been working on over the years. One of them will get finished someday soon.”
