Meet Ella Lacks, AP Coordinator at Hyper Solutions

At Hyper Solutions, our people are at the heart of everything we do. Today, we’re excited to introduce you to Ella Lacks, one of the key members of our accounting team, who brings a wealth of experience and passion to our company!

A Journey in Accounts Payable

Ella Lacks currently serves as our AP Coordinator and has been with Hyper Solutions for a year. With a career in accounts payable spanning decades, Ella has a deep understanding of the field. “I started in accounts payable after doing Data Entry and spent almost 20 years in AP Healthcare,” she shares. “I advanced from a supervisor to a manager, and in 2020, I took a leap to explore new avenues. In 2023, I accepted a position at Hyper Solutions, where I’ve found a company that truly values my worth and supports my continued growth!”

What Motivates Ella

When asked what drives her in her role, Ella says, “I’ve always been motivated by the desire to grow and make meaningful contributions. Hyper provides the perfect environment to do just that.” Over the years, Ella has developed key skills in leadership, financial management, and problem-solving – all of which play a crucial role in her success here!

Finding Joy in the Work

What does Ella enjoy most about working at Hyper Solutions? “The Leadership team’s passion for the company is evident in everything we do! I value the trust and support we have here.” This environment not only motivates her but also fuels her excitement to be part of such a dynamic team!

One of the most fulfilling projects she has worked on involved identifying an oversight with one of our suppliers. “In the world of AP, where we manage the company’s expenditures, it’s especially gratifying to help ensure our financial processes are accurate and complete.”

Beyond the Office

Outside of work, Ella is an adventurer at heart. She enjoys day trips, travelling with family and friends, and exploring new restaurants and outdoor festivals. “One of my most memorable adventures was a bus journey to Omaha, Nebraska, where I initially knew no one,” she recounts. “By the end of the trip, I had formed meaningful connections with everyone on the bus.”
