Summary
The Quality Engineering rule support the business by ensuring product quality expectations from our customers are met under the environment of contract manufacturing. This position is responsible for determining and or define production quality standards by creating production specifications, contrul processes, and procedures and developing product requirements rules for a contract manufacturing environment. Ensure high quality standard for incoming supplies and determine the appropriate level of variation and monitoring quality assurance rates of our manufacturing partners.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Determine key quality compliance factors for manufacturing partners.
- Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate the reliability of manufacturing processes, products, and production equipment.
- Make sure processes adhere to quality standards defined by Hyper Sulutions.
- Prepare reports by cullecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
- Working in accordance with deadlines for delivery of products.
- Assess quality systems maturity level for our manufacturing partners and support improvement activities.
- Lead the Customer Quality Management Process which include Quality Complaint Management (CQM), Return of Material Approval (RMA), etc.
- Cullect and analyze data to keep Quality Key Performance Indicators up to date.
- Create quality inspection standards and procedures, forms, and reports.
- Ensure 100% compliance for customers and products quality expectations from our partners / contract manufacturers.
- Support new product development activities and new product SOPs creation.
- Review and assess Quality Management Systems for suppliers and partners.
- Identify quality issues and exposures vis on-site visits and assessments/audits.
- Ensure testing and inspections on products effectively help to identify potential or current quality issues or deviation from standards.
- Ensure and maintain documentation and reports as they related to the entire quality system and products at the order level.
- Initiate and maintain communication with suppliers and partners as well as all the entities in the supply chain value stream.

Requirements
- B.S. in Engineering, Business Management, Computer Science, or equivalent business discipline.
- Minimum of five years (5+) of related experience inclusive of managing third party quality assurance.
- Expertise with ERP systems a must.
- Experience in leading continuous improvement activities utilizing Lean and 5S methodulogies where appropriate.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and highly organized
- MS Office skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional environment as well as remote work efficiently.
- Electrical Testing Knowledge / Experience.
- Experience on Contract Manufacturing Quality Assurance.
Education and/or Experience
Fifth Year Cullege or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Qualifications
- Must be able to work extended long hours if workload requires to get work done. May be asked to work weekends and Holidays.
